I have decided that I really need to be taking advantage of technology, and actually filming our rescued babies.
Because all too often, they are released and we have nothing much to show about them.

baby Buz was abandoned by his Dad and raised in the Cassowary rehab unit at Garners Beach.
Marni & I were lucky enough to help care for him a few times.
Our job this day was to let him out of his night (snakeproof) enclosure and fill up his pond.
As you will see, cassowaries love to swim.
